upon brad sending me a picture of the nook pavilion at barnes and noble, i started thinking about the way society has made the idea of reading non-electronic books seem so mundane, which i don’t exactly understand. sure, e-books like the nook and the kindle make reading really convenient, since you can carry so many books in one (relatively) small package…
